Transgendered in Rochester,NY

So my names Brandon and im 18. I came out as trans about 9 months ago and i've been having trouble meeting any guys. All my friends are girls which is okay but I want some people who I can relate to.

Hey all! I'm not sure where to even start, but I'm hoping one of you reading this will know. I am a PhD student looking to do research with transgender identity formation. I'm looking for some transgender individuals with a story to tell. Currently I'm looking for an elderly (60+) self-identified transgender individual who would love to share their story. Court of Appeals takes up same-sex marriage today

(May 31, 2006) — Gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender New Yorkers
have made significant strides in gaining civil liberties in the past
few years, but today could open the door for a landmark change, as
the New York Court of Appeals hears oral arguments on same-sex
marriage.

Men, women and children gathered Tuesday evening in the sweltering
First Universalist Church of Rochester to denounce what they
consider to be institutionalized discrimination that they want
abolished.

Hi, I figured I'd introduce myself as well as ask a question.

I'm Jayden, an 18 year old FTM tranny. I've lived here in Rochester for all of my life, and have yet to start on hormones or have surgery.

My question is this: I've been looking for a good therapist, but someone who doesn't charge too much, since my income isn't so great. Does anyone have someone they can suggest?

my name is alex, i'm a farm boi from about an hour away from rochester, but i am active in the gagv youth group. i just wanted to mention that i facilitate a trans youth group the third sunday of every month at 1:00. The next meeting is on June 19 at the GAGV Youth Center . This group is open to everyone ages 16-25 (if you are outside this age range, please contact me!).
